You must be sure that it is really what you want.
You must be prepared to spend time and resources in achieving this goal. You need to be clear by when do you want to achieve this goal. Your goal needs to reflect your deeper values,

Describe how achieving this goal will balance your life
(mind, body, spirit, feelings)
Step 3: Determine the time frame for achieving this goal
Step 4: Identify the resources required to achieve this goal
Step 5: Describe the steps to follow to achieve this goal
Step 6: Identify a supporter interested in your well-being
Step 7: TAKE THE NEXT STEP. DO IT!!
