Three Qualities to maintain Mental Health
Three important qualities to develop and maintain “Mental Health”are:
- Making a decision
Know and understand clearly what it is that you want. Make decisions, don’t be vague be specific.
”This is what I want, these are the conditions and circumstance”
You must know what you want before you can achieve it.
You must act. Knowledge does not apply itself, you must apply it. Watch yourself closely, be disciplined.
Pursue the goal
Persistence is necessary in the achieving goals. Persistence is the single most important quality. You must persist even when you are not seeing results.
